Pexam GmbH provides a software-as-a-service tool allowing users to create videos from their presentations. We offer monthly and weekly subscription services along with a free tier.
Payments for our subscription services are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your provided payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free tier at our discretion.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use Calendly for scheduling meetings and Google for login authentication. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate any of these terms or if we decide to discontinue our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event will Pexam GmbH be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
